Sound and graphical fixes

The cutting sound was obnoxious so I swapped it out with a less abrasive one that varies subtly based on camera movement and battery charge.

Added the option to turn off the cutting sound from the menu.

Fixed a graphical glitch where objects in the distance were appearing above those in the foreground.
